By accessing or using the BrainLogics QR Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

BrainLogics provides a platform for generating, managing, and tracking static and dynamic QR codes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to generate QR codes that link to malicious, illegal, phishing, or otherwise harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts or disable QR codes that violate our acceptable use policy.

4. Premium Services and Billing

Certain features are available as premium upgrades. All payments are processed securely. Quotas consumed for premium exports or published dynamic QR codes are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

5. Limitation of Liability

BrainLogics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
